It seems as if so many people had the same experience as I did
When I got the bike I tried charging both batteries for over 24 hrs and both are dead no charge I tried several attempts to contact them and the finally responded via email and said they would replace batteries and charger that was over a month ago and I haven’t received them yet I tried locally to get replacements and was told I would need to go back to the seller what a waste

I received 2 batteries and one doesn't work it smells burnt at delivery. I don't understand that this company has been sold out on this type of battery for so long. Make your customers happy and get some inventory if not we are all going to do a class action law suit!!!!

Came with broken batteries, no customer support
Neither battery sent with the scooter works or will charge. I left three voicemail to Reyhee customer service line (can ONLY LEAVE MESSAGES!) plus emails and NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. Completely unusable scooter without batteries and they are “sold out” here online.
