Triad 48V Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery

The batteries do not charge, My handicap mother in law haven't been able to use the scooter because the batteries do not work. It was a waste of money taken from the pocket of a senior. The batteries can't be ordered because they are sold out and even if they sell it it is scary to let my mother in law to go out with this brand of batteries. I hope costumer service can help with the situation.

Brand new, out of the box, and the batteries do not work!! No one returns calls or emails! So many complaints on BBB for this company with the same problem.

Purchase a scooter $499. Batteries were dead right out of the box, been waiting several months for batteries they told me their back ordered. This does not do me any good because the scooter was ordered for me to take on vacation so I am mobile. Had to cancel nonrefundable vacation., I think it's very sad that you can't talk to a live person or why they couldn't take batteries out of a new scooter in stock and ship them to me, there is no date. When batteries will be available .

I've asked for a refund with no response I am going to report them to the attorney general the better business .
They are taking peoples money and shipping them inoperable merchandise

at this point y'all just close your doors.!

Brand new scooter out of the box the batteries were dead will not take a charge, this is very disappointing my husband is just now able to get out and start using his scooter but he cannot because the batteries are dead,
