Our program aims to help seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing them the gift of mobility. Once a month, the Mobility Moves You Program allows family and friends to share their stories for a chance to be selected for a FREE Reyhee mobility device.

How to Apply:

Please tell us your story in written or video format and submit via the form below. Indicate whether you are applying for yourself, or someone else and give details about the individuals background and why they are in need of a Reyhee wheelchair or scooter.

Recipients will be selected on the first day of each month and notified by email.
