Warranty Terms & Conditions

In Home Service

If you need service to repair or replace parts for your Reyhee product, we offer In Home Service contracted through WSR Solutions.

If the repair is covered under our Warranty Terms & Conditions, a WSR technician can be scheduled to come to your home and complete the repair.

International Disclaimer

Reyhee’s products are currently produced for sale in the United States. Customers who purchase Reyhee’s products in the United States from an authorized reseller, but transport the products for usage outside of the United States, are not eligible to be covered under Reyhee’s warranty, not eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges, and not guaranteed support. Under these conditions, customers are responsible for all costs associated with repairs, service, maintenance, shipping, taxes, duties, parts replacements, tools, local power adapters, and any other costs that may be incurred. By purchasing any Reyhee products that are transported and used outside of the United States, customers automatically release Reyhee from all liability and responsibility.

Shipping Costs

Free ground shipping for any purchase over $100 USD (excluding sales tax) within the lower 48 Contiguous States. The shipping cost for any purchase below $100 USD (excluding sales tax) will be calculated based on Shopify regional shipping costs.

Multiple purchase orders cannot be combined to meet the free ground shipping requirement. The $100 USD minimum must be met in a single purchase order.

Applicable Taxes

Sales tax and any other taxes that may apply are calculated by state.

Restricted Shipping Methods And Locations

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Commercial Mailboxes; Alaska, Hawaii and all off-shore U.S Territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico; and all air shipments are restricted. We currently do not ship to these areas.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

However, beyond 24 hours, the order is either being processed or already processed, and therefore cannot be canceled.

Refunds & Exchanges

Have an issue with the product?

Please contact our friendly customer support first, and we’ll do our best to take care of you.

For returns and exchanges, please return the product(s) within 30 days to avoid delays and extra fees.

The product(s) must be purchased from an authorized reseller for use in the United States or Canada and returned in new/sellable/unused condition to qualify for a complete return & refund. (See refund policy.)

 Any costs associated with return shipping will not be covered or refunded by REYHEE.

Prior to returning a product(s), you must provide the associated order number and the reason for return or exchange in the RMA form prior to submitting it.

Please see step-by-step return instructions below:

  • Securely pack the product(s) in the original packaging, including charger, charging cable, and keys (e.g. ignition keys or any accessories came with original packaging).
  • Please fill out and submit the RMA form (ADD LINK), including order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Once the RMA form is submitted, your return process will begin.
  • Be sure to print out the completed RMA form and include it inside the return package. (Otherwise, there may be a delay in completing the return process.)
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt.
  • Clearly label the package for return using the following address:

  • Ship the package from your nearest post office or other carrier of your choice. Please make sure to affix the appropriate amount of postage.

It is highly recommended that you obtain a tracking number and any relevant insurance when shipping your return. REYHEE is not responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Policy

All returns are inspected by REYHEE staff to ensure the product was not used, and is in new, sellable condition with original packaging. Once the returned product is verified to meet the expectations outlined above, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued to the original credit card used to make the original purchase.

Any costs associated with return shipping will not be refunded by REYHEE.
