Triad 48V Rechargeable Lithium-ion Battery

We got it, charged the batteries for 8 hours and they’re still dead. Not happy at all

Is there a replacement battery for this scooter, I purchased this scooter and the batteries are not working won’t charge, need help

I bought a new scotter the R300 and boht batteries are dead as doornails! A potato has more charge than these! THe charger is working as tested the output with a volt meter but batteries after 8 hrs, nothing!!

I received my scooter and both batteries were dead. I charged them both and still dead. I charged overnight and still nothing, what's next? I need help

Bought a Triad scooter tried to charge the batteries and neither one would charge, I looked up on the website they said they were sold out, what’s a person to do, no one will answer the phone or email you back, anybody have any ideas!!!!
