I purchased Cruiser due to its great price and cute color (purple). The size of the scooter is perfect for me to get around my home and take strolls down the street with my dog. Also, I especially love the removable basket for easy loading and unloading. Wonderful product all around.

Sturdy and bang for your buck
It was tough to find a scooter under $1000 and glad I found Reyhee. So far, its been a great value. I can transport it in the trunk when I take my mom to the grocery store.

Heavy, but durable
Firstly, we were surprised at how heavy this unit is. The website says it's a 116lbs, and it's every bit of that. But, it's durable and looks like it'll last a long time. Reyhee's support team is great. Ours arrived with a broken basket, and one phone call to them and they shipped us a new basket immediately. I took off a star for the weight, but overall, my uncle is very pleased with this scooter.

Sturdy
Bought this for my mom, who's slowing down in her 80s but still wants to be able to go out and shop by herself. I researched a few different brands and models, and ended up going with Cruiser because of the price. It's heavy but sturdy and easy to assemble. My mom keeps it in her garage and takes it out to CVS and the grocery store. So far, no complaints.

Outstanding customer service
I had been using the scooter for a few months with no problems and then the armrest became loose. I called customer service and they were super nice and quick to help me replace it and even offered to have a service member come to my house and fix it for me. I've never experienced white glove service like that and it was all resolved within a few days. Excellent customer service.
