I bought this for my mom to get around the city and am happy with the product.
It's small, light, has two batteries, and doesn't take long to charge. Would recommend!

Compact
Exactly the size I was looking for. Also, I like that the headlight is bright since I ride it at dusk sometimes when it’s cooler.

Great for Traveling
Needed a chair for a weekend vacation and the Triad was worth its weight in gold. I love how it eases in on power when first taking off, yet has enough power for dirt trails and hills. Im at peace with this purchase.

Happy with the scooter
This scooter worked great for a recent trip to Disney with the kids and parents. It's very easy to take apart and it fit in the Camry's trunk with ease. Putting it back together was just as easy and it offers a smooth ride. I gave it 4 stars because we wanted to buy extra battery packs but they weren't available.

Very helpful
My daughter got injured playing on her sports team, and requires significant PT for it. I didn't want her trying to get around campus on crutches, so I looked around for a scooter and saw this one on Amazon. I picked it because it comes with an extra battery, which she can swap so she doesn't run out of power between classes. It's been really helpful.
